A linha de pesquisa contempla o estudo qu\u00edmico de metab\u00f3litos secund\u00e1rios produzidos por microrganismos endof\u00edticos associados \u00e0s esp\u00e9cies vegetais nativas do Cerrado e Pantanal no estado de Mato Grosso, buscando subst\u00e2ncias potencialmente inseticidas, antif\u00fangicas, antibacterianas e citot\u00f3xicas, com poss\u00edveis aplica\u00e7\u00f5es para sa\u00fade humana e setor agr\u00e1rio. Para direcionar esta abordagem s\u00e3o realizados ensaios biol\u00f3gicos preliminares em extratos f\u00fangicos, atrav\u00e9s de halo de inibi\u00e7\u00e3o em disco, e diretamente nos microrganismos endof\u00edticos atrav\u00e9s de ensaios de antibiose.<\/p>\n
