Descri\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n

Os trabalhos do LaBB envolvem a prospec\u00e7\u00e3o de mol\u00e9culas bioativas a partir de extratos f\u00fangicos, bem como a biotransforma\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos naturais visando aumento da atividade biol\u00f3gica ou diminui\u00e7\u00e3o da toxicidade. Diversas estrat\u00e9gias tem sido empregadas para despertar vias biossint\u00e9ticas silenciosas em fungos, tais como o co-cultivo e a indu\u00e7\u00e3o epigen\u00e9tica. As principais atividades biol\u00f3gicas de interesse do LaBB s\u00e3o atividade antibacteriana, antif\u00fangica, antioxidante, inibi\u00e7\u00e3o de acetilcolinesterase e de tirosinase.<\/p>\n
